Process

If you are attracted to the idea's that you and your team have envisioned, and would like to know more about what we can create
for you, we will then travel to your facility for a "Team Meeting". This is where all of the imaginations of the leaders involved gather
and consider different ideas in which everyone will agree with upon completion. All that we ask is for your facility to reimburse
ONLY our travel expenses. Like so many other theming companies, we DO NOT charge you a daily rate just to introduce our
company and what we have to offer you!

Following the final group decision being made on how to theme your specified areas, and the type of theming you choose,
whether it consists of 3-D Props, Wall Paper Murals, Air Brushed Murals, etc., etc., we will then discuss your budget. After this has
been figured, we then start the paperwork, which begins with the "Concept Drawing Agreement". As the first step in the
development of your theme, we develop sketches for you which will consist of the overall design of your ideas, and converted into
a project. We will work very closely with you in order to get all of the artwork impeccable! Black and white sketches are generated
first for easier editing, as we allow you 2 revisions if needed, then we will send color renderings of the artwork once the project is
started. There will be a fee for the artwork up-front; however, these fees will be deducted from the overall project cost that will be
declared in your contract after all artwork has been approved. All drawings are abstract and unique from any of our other clients,
so the configurations we generate for you will be STRICTLY for your facility!

You are probably curious as to how long this entire process takes, as it appears to be a lot of detailed work! We take pride in the
work that we do for each and every client, and yet, it requires a lot of time, but we are very detailed in getting the product exactly
the way you want it! If there is something that doesn't really tickle your fancy, feel free to let us know, we will revise the problem
into something more suitable to your liking. The general process from the date the contract is signed is 1 -3 months to final
completion. If your project is extravagant, it may take a little longer. At the installation, we DO NOT ask for your facility to shut
down daily operations, as we normally work through the night.

works-of-art, let's explain a little bit about how to start your process!
The first step would be a quick phone call directly to us, or even an
e-mail. We are notably punctual in everything we do, so there is no
waiting game! Also, we will NOT discriminate against anyone if you
have a small budget, as some will! So, go ahead, contact us, and we
will answer all of your questions about what you have imagined! Your
questions are very crucial to us for your 100% satisfaction!
